Rick Ross has gone from a street figure, to a rap star, to a CEO, but on November 12, 2014, Rozay took on his biggest challenge yet when he walked into MTV News to become our Bawse for a day.

Ross, Khaled and team MMG flooded the office with bottles of Belaire, and promotional posters for his November 24 album Hood Billionaire. He made it rain in our morning meeting, fired the nicest guy in the office and told one of our best writers that she needed more "ugghn." Ross had an intern stocked the office fridge with champagne, ate some lobster bisque and changed our lives forever.

It's been about a week since Rick Ross turned MTV News around; the excitement has settled in and our staff are all a little bit better at our jobs because of him. Don't take my word for it, just watch the video yourself and check these cool photos below.
