Watch The Final 'Hobbit: The Battle Of Five Armies' Trailer And Remember To Breathe

All things, even 'The Hobbit,' end.

Well, here we are, just a few weeks away from the final installment in Peter Jackson's "The Hobbit" trilogy. Just think, soon we won't have to listen to observations about how they made three films out of one children's book.

The final trailer for "The Hobbit: The Battle of Five Armies," which just went online, is only our second look at the finale, but I think it's safe to say that this movie is going to have some fighting in it.

In case you need a reminder, "The Desolation of Smaug" ended with a collection of bummers.

The dwarves had successfully driven the dragon from their ancestral home, but, you know, unwittingly sent him to destroy the innocent Lake-Town. Gandalf, determined to defeat whatever evil is hanging out in Dol Guldur, came face to face with Sauron.

And not to be too much of a downer, but this could be the very last time we see Middle-earth on the big screen, certainly the last from Peter Jackson, it seems. Regardless of how you've felt about the "Hobbit" movies, I think there's something special about that.

See how it all ends when "The Hobbit: The Battle of Five Armies" hits theaters on December 17.
