Nick Lachey Is Giving You The Soundtrack To His Life: Listen Now

Nick's bringing a 'cool angle' to a cover record.

Nick Lachey is gearing up to release his fourth solo album, Soundtrack of My Life, which features ten memorable covers from classic movie soundtracks. The album doesn't drop until Nov. 11, but we've got your first listen right now!

The VH1 "Big Morning Buzz Live" host, who recently told People magazine that tackling movie soundtracks was a "cool angle on doing a cover record," takes on Aerosmith's "I Don't Want To Miss A Thing," shows off his smooth vocals on the Goo Goo Dolls' "Iris" and tugs at our heartstrings with his rendition of Sarah McLachlan's "Angel."

But these songs also serve as an insight into some big moments Nick's life, especially the track "Falling Slowly" from the movie "Once."

"'Falling Slowly,' from the movie 'Once,' is a very special song for Vanessa and me," Nick, who is expecting his second child with wife Vanessa Lachey, told the magazine. "It sort of became our theme song to the point where we had it performed at our wedding shower."

Take a listen -- but you might wanna have a box of tissues on hand, because it's about to get emotional up in here.
