Fifth Harmony Just Dropped A Huge Hit With 'Sledgehammer.' Cue ALL Of Your Feelings!

Harmonizers are 'content with life' after listening to the girls' next single.

Harmonizers: you've been hit with a sledgehammer, but I don't think any of you are complaining.

The girls of Fifth Harmony teased that their new single "Sledgehammer" was on its way, but they never told us it was literally everything.

5H, who showed off their fierceness with their first single "Bo$$" off their upcoming album Reflection, are taking a more vulnerable approach to this track as they sing about the emotions they feel when they're next to a guy that they like.

"I struggle to contain/ All the love that's in my veins and how it circulates/ If you take my pulse right now it would feel just like a sledgehammer/ If you could feel my heartbeat now it would hit you like a sledgehammer," they sing.

The girls' voices blend perfectly over this pure pop mid-tempo song that shows their range. With a topic that anyone can relate to, we have a feeling this could be another hit song for the girls -- even if it doesn't have any Michelle Obama references.

No surprise here: Harmonizers are completely loving the new song, leaving them screaming in class and thankful to have it stuck in their head.

Others have been listening to it so much already that they may have found themselves in some trouble.

It's going to be a big month for 5H, who are not only performing at the MTV EMA kickoff special on November 9, but they're big contenders at the awards as well. They've already won the vote for Best U.S. Act and are now up against Justin Bieber for the Worldwide Act category. Harmonizers can vote now to help push the group to the top.

But that's not all, they will also be making an appearance on MTV's "Faking It," performing their very own rendition of the hit song "You Got It (The Right Stuff)" by New Kids on the Block. Make sure to check them out October 28 at 10:30 pm ET/PT.
