When you're first learning to play soccer, it's pretty intimidating to headbutt the ball. How can that not hurt?! But then you realize it hurts a lot less than the alternative: Not doing anything.

Case in point, Australian dad Liam Terry was playing around with his new slow-motion camera, just taking some test footage, and inadvertently shot a phenomenal sequence that captures the trials and tribulations of childhood athletics:

Ouch! Really, the best part is the other kid's visible remorse after kicking the ball. Now that's good sportsmanship. Someone fast track this to the slo-mo hall of fame.
