Here's Proof Pharrell Wasn't Joking About Designing Train-Shaped Bags

When we heard Pharrell would be filling the train-sized hole in our closets with a locomotive-themed capsule collection for Moynat, we weren't really sure how it'd translate. But today brings the first look at it and let's just say, Moynat could not have been more upfront in describing it. There is no mistaking these bags for anything but a train. And they are definitely the fanciest trains you've ever seen.

Made from hand-tooled resin, the collection's crown jewel—which Pharrell found so beautiful it allegedly brought him to tears—is a glossy train replica that's tricked out with studs and even windows. If you're going to drop $4,105 on a train bag, it better have that level of detail.

It also has a hitch on the back of it, which adorably attaches to the caboose bag—because if you're buying one of them, clearly price is no option. The caboose bag is similarly decked out with studs and also has a hitch on the back of it so you can keep on adding to your heart's delight—or until your arms buckle under the weight of a full train hanging on them.

In case you don't want to be tempted to keep adding to your caboose collection, Pharrell made a hand-sculpted Ebony wood clutch that's carved like a train which stands on its own.

P also gifted us with a collection of bright leather pouches that seem like the most wearable option out of the lot. You could store your phone, wallet, and subway card in it, and pretend that you're on a train.

While no train-themed hats made the collection, P did create a handful of bright locomotive scarves that are closer to something made by Hermès than what a conductor would wear.

The collection hits shelves at Colette on October 13 and Moynat boutiques in Paris and London on October 20.
