According to Forbes, Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino, who's in the middle of a legal battle over alleged tax evasion, requested a delay in his case so that he could film the WE show with girlfriend Lauren Pesce from October 5 to October 19. His initial arraignment was set for October 6.

Yesterday, WE released what seemed to be the upcoming season's full cast, which includes "Real Housewives of New York City" star Aviva Drescher and her husband Reid, and "Bad Girls Club" alum Natalie Nunn and her husband Jacob Payne, but there was no mention of Sorrentino.
