Watch Tyler, The Creator Go All 'Pee-Wee's Playhouse' On The Morning News

It's birthday time!

Two minutes and forty seconds -- that’s how long Tyler, the Creator was able to play it straight during a routine interview with Los Angeles' "KTLA Morning News" on September 23 before going all "Pee-wee's Playhouse" on the three anchors behind the news desk.

"Guess what time it is! Birthday time!" the Odd Future co-founder yelled with glee in the middle of answering one of the host's question about his upcoming Camp Flog Gnaw festival.

While flailing his arms and grabbing a birthday cake, his O.F. cohort Jasper Dolphin entered stage right with confetti, balloons and noisemakers.

All that was missing from the impromptu celebration was the "Yonkers" MC screaming "Mecca lecca hi, mecca hiney ho!"

Who’s birthday was it, you ask? "It’s everyone's birthday," Tyler explained, giddily. "Everyone close your eyes, and make a wish." During all of the glorious confusion, one of the hosts hit the nail on the head about the unexpected rapper’s antics: "This is what Tyler, the Creator does," host Jessica Holmes said.

Yes, Jessica, this is what he does...all day long.

The third annual Camp Flog Gnaw fest hits the Los Angeles Coliseum on November 8. In addition to Tyler, Rick Ross, Mac Miller, Earl Sweatshirt and headliner Pharrell Williams will be performing.
