The Woman Keyshia Cole Attacked At Birdman's Home May Have Been A Cash Money Employee

The singer apparently thought Birdman was cheating.

Keyshia Cole was arrested and booked for misdemeanor battery on Friday morning, after allegedly attacking a woman at Birdman's home in Los Angeles, and the victim may have been a Cash Money Records employee.

According to reports, Cole and Cash Money CEO Birdman have been dating, and the singer flew into a rage when she arrived at his West Los Angeles home around 5 a.m. and found another woman there.

Sources told TMZ that the woman in question is Cash Money employee, Sabrina Mercadel, who has worked for the company for more than 10 years. Mercadel was apparently one of four people present when Keyshia Cole showed up, saw her walking out of the bathroom, and went on the offensive.

Cole was released on $46,000 bail and she still showed up at the 2014 Bet Hip Hop Awards taping in Atlanta the following day, as a presenter. Birdman also came to the Saturday taping, performing with Young Thug and Rich Homie Quan.
