With nine Grammys and a smattering of high-fashion editorials between them, there's no denying that John Legend and Chrissy Teigen are a Renaissance couple. But does their artistry extend into the kitchen, too?

On tonight's "Snack-Off" celebrity episode, judge Chrissy watched intently as her hubby competed against the likes of Melanie Iglesias and Big Black for a $1,000 prize for charity. John put up a good fight and wowed the judges with his made-from-scratch "Sloppy John," but his Butterfinger-battered fried chicken ultimately fell short, and it was Big Black who took home the Golden Spork in the final round.

Though John had to settle for second best, it was very clear throughout the competition that he and Chrissy had a flavorful rapport -- and hey, when you've got a smart, clever supermodel wife to console you, you could certainly do worse.
