This Guy Broke The World Record For 'Pinky Pull-Ups,' Might Not Feel Pain

$100 says his little fingers are stronger than your biceps.

If you’re an avid gym rat, you probably have a schedule of days to work specific body parts -- leg day, shoulder day, abs day, back day. But did you ever think about pinky day? Believe it or not, those tiny fingers can be a lot stronger than you’d ever expect.

Need proof? A 26-year-old guy from India named Maibam Itomba Meitei has officially set the Guinness World Record for most consecutive pull-ups using just his little, bitty pinky fingers.

Meitei weighs 115 pounds, so he didn’t have a ton of body weight to pull up. Still, when he reached for the bar, he looked totally at ease, pumping out 16 pull-ups in 30 seconds, which is more than most of us can do the normal way. The whole time, his pinkies were wrapped around mini metal hooks attached to the bar.

Even more impressive: Meitei had been training to do this for 14 whole years. Which means that he was just 12 when he decided pinky pull-ups were going to be his claim to fame and fortune. It just goes to show, you should never laugh at a kid’s seemingly insane life goals. Because one day, that kid could beat you up, using just his super-strong tiny fingers.
