When Kailyn Lowry-Marroquin and her hubby Javi first exchanged vows, the "Teen Mom 2" lovebirds opted for an intimate courthouse ceremony with just her son Isaac in tow. Nearly a year later, the Marroquins became husband and wife -- again -- with a magical sea-themed celebration in front of their closest friends and family members. We're getting choked up remembering Isaac innocently asking his mama what happened to her tear-filled eyes.

Now, to commemorate the date of their first wedding which was two years ago today, the young mother penned a heartfelt Instagram message to her better half -- along with a throwback photo of the then-family-of-three enjoying a twirl on the dance floor at their unforgettable reception.

"I would be lying if I acted like marriage was a piece of cake but to be honest, it's not what I expected," the newly minted college student wrote. "Marriage is hard work and takes effort from both people. We've been through things in the past two years that I don't think most couples ever go through, but we've made it through some trying times and now I know we can make it through anything.

"You are my biggest frustration, but you're also my best friend," she continued. "I can count on you to be there even if we are fighting. You're a hard worker and great father and I am so proud to call you my husband. Even through all the BS, there is no other person I would rather be next to. I love you so much. Happy 2 years of MARRIAGE, JOSE JAVIER MARROQUIN!"

Meanwhile, Javi shared the glowing Instagram snapshot above, and a touching tribute.

"Can not believe it's been 2 years of marriage already," he said. "You've been my best friend since the day you asked for my number. I am incredibly grateful for you coming into my life and bringing 2 amazing boys with you. Maybe a girl one day.

"Even on the worst days they are still the best days," he added. "I love you forever. Be ready by 5 you have dinner reservations with Papi. happy 2 year anniversary KAILYN RAE!"

A hint for the lovely couple about possible presents: Old-time tradition says you should give cotton, so the options are limitless! Or a beautiful bouquet of flowers and chocolates would also do the trick.
