Jessie J, Ariana And Nicki’s ‘Bang Bang’ Video Makes Us Wish Summer Would Never End

The video premiered during the 2014 MTV Video Music Awards.

After unleashing the first-ever live performance of “Bang Bang” at the 2014 MTV Video Music Awards, Jessie J, Ariana Grande and Nicki Minaj dropped the hot-child-in-the-city-packed video for the jam. We’ll just be over here, watching this vid on repeat, pretending that summer isn’t about it die.

“It’s me starting a street party that Ariana is then going to attend, and then Nicki turns up on an amazing type of transport, that I won’t give away,” Jessie told MTV News previously about the Hannah Lux Davis-directed video. “And then we all party together on a rooftop and there’s loads of dancers, there’s a dance that you can learn that I made up.”

That “amazing type of transport”? That would be a helicopter. Yup. These ladies really know how to bang bang into a room.

“Bang Bang” is the first single off of Jessie J’s upcoming third album, Sweet Talker, dropping on October 14. It may be chilly when those tunes finally drop, but this little video will keep us warm even as the calendar pages peel into fall.
