As if there wasn't enough to be excited about for tonight's 2014 MTV Video Music Awards, Katy Perry just teased another surprise.

Apparently, we're going to be treated to Perry's very best impression on the red carpet, due to her being challenged by one Britney Jean Spears.

See, we were recently treated to Spears' scarily spot-on Woody Woodpecker impression.

Perry, of course, loved it, as she should, tweeting that it was the best thing she'd seen all day.

In response, Spears challenged Perry to showcase an impression of her own, a challenge that Perry promptly accepted with a promise to debut her act on tonight's red carpet.

So, what'll it be? Might the "Dark Horse" singer do her best hungry big cat (Tony the Tiger, duh)? Could she possibly have a sweet Daffy Duck up her sleeve? Maybe she'll go the non-cartoon route and pull out an impression of this year's Video Vanguard Award recipient, Beyonce.

Whatever it is (but please let it be Beyonce), we can't wait to see it.
