If you've been wondering when Riff Raff and Katy Perry would finally come together for a remix of "This Is How We Do," the time is now. Katy proudly announced her "aqua berry versace" surprise via her Twitter and Instagram on Thursday (August 21):

Katy sports Riff Raff-style braids and a smirk in the side by side post with her co-conspirator, who will be known from now on as the Aladdin to Katy's Jasmine.

We knew the two were pals (that MAYBE went on a date?) from a TBT a few months ago, but there was no hint of their work together on Katy's track.

The remix is just the right combo of Katy's bubble-gum pop and Riff Raff's imaginative and sometimes comedic lines -- check it out.

Katy has a big weekend ahead of her at the 2014 MTV Video Music Awards, where she's nominated for Best Female Video and Best Collaboration for "Dark Horse," featuring Juicy J.
