Since winning his Oscar, Jared Leto has been growing out a powerful, respectable beard, but all good things must come to an end, I guess.

On the "Tonight Show," Jimmy Fallon offered Leto some advice: that he needed to take his beard down a notch or two. Even though this sounds like the theory of someone who can't grow a great beard and is burning with jealousy, Leto agreed with the late night host and allowed Fallon to take clippers to his face bush.
