Ariana Grande dropped a new music video today, and it's out of this world, y'all. For real, though—terrible puns aside—her "Break Free" track featuring Zedd delivered some serious '60s space-age-ensemble realness, and we're so onboard.
When we last caught up with Ariana, she told us that Barbarella was the main inspiration behind her new video. “She did, like, 100 costume changes but my favorite outfit she wore was this beige sort of spacesuit that was very short and had these built in, like, hip pads type thing, and I really wanted to do a take on that, so that’s where the inspiration for the outfit came from.”
Even though Ariana's video didn't have 100 outfits, three killer ensembles definitely made the cut. Check ’em out below, and start praying that those boob rockets make an appearance at the 2014 VMAs ASAP.
