There probably isn't a place Snoop Dogg has spent any substantial -- or, frankly, minimal -- amount of time where he hasn't smoked. Even places with incredibly high security. And government buildings. Like, you know, the White House.

"Not in the White House, but in the bathroom," the Doggfather said on his latest episode of GGN, after his guest, Jimmy Kimmel, asked if he had smoked in the White House (the bathroom is in the White House, though, right?).

In his retelling of the tale, Snoop basically said he pulled a fast one on security -- described by the rapper as, "The CIA, or the FBI; the Alphabet Boys." Hey, he always has been a smooth talker, so why not.

"'Cause I said, 'May I use the bathroom for a second?'" he recalled. "And they said, 'What are you going to do? Number One, or Number Two?' I said, 'Number Two.' So I said, 'Look, when I do the Number Two, I usually, you know, have a cigarette or I light something to get the aroma right."

But they wouldn't let him light a fire in the White House bathroom, right? Wrong.

"And they said, 'You know what? You can light a piece of napkin.' And I said, 'I'll do that.' And the napkin was this," he said as he smiled and inhaled smoke.

Sounds a bit far-fetched, sure. But he's Snoop. So it has to be true.
