Can You Find The 68 Emojis In This Mini-Doc?

Dancing lady, money bag, eggplant emoji... the gang's all here!

Emojis — they're just like us! Or at least, they've become embedded in the fabric of our lives in an inextricable way, as this new mini-doc from The Dissolves shows.

Using all stock footage and exactly 68 emojis, the brief, colorful clip swaps out IRL objects for everyone's favorite texting pictures, which the film's description jokingly refers to as "emoji species."

The film is dedicated to Shigetaka Kurita, the inventor of the emoji, and was inspired by the work of Sir David Attenborough, the BBC's natural history video narrator.

What's your favorite emoji? Did it make the clip or was it snubbed? Let us know in the comments! The lack of the heart eyed emoji in this documenatry is a damn shame.
