Hold On To Your Underwear! 5SOS Are Performing 'Live From MTV' On Monday!

Get ready to rock out with your socks out July 21 at 2:30 p.m. ET on MTV.com and MTV Hits!

Listen up, 5 Seconds Of Summer fans, because Calum, Luke, Michael and Ashton are taking over MTV!

This Monday, July 21 at 2:30 p.m. ET 5SOS are are going "Live From MTV." The Aussie artists and VMA nominees are getting their very own 30-minute MTV show that'll bring the guys closer than ever to their MTV fans in the studio audience and everyone watching the stream at home (and on your phone!) on MTV.com and MTV Hits.

The pop-punk foursome will be taking questions from the live audience, and, in true "Live From MTV" style, they'll be put to the test with some can't-miss games and challenges, which -- spoiler alert -- may just involve some underwear.

But, that's not all! 5sos will be performing a very special, stripped-down, acoustic version of their song, "Amnesia," which is featured on their self-titled debut album, which drops the very next day (July 22).

During "Live From MTV," 5SOS will of course discuss their upcoming 2014 Video Music Awards performance, their very first VMA nomination for Artist to Watch, and whether or not they'll be wearing pants on the red carpet. (Hopefully the answer is "or not.")
