The moment that really amped things up at Wednesday night's 2014 CMT Awards happened backstage while Bell was anxiously awaiting an elevator during her opening monologue.

Put it this way: Things got ugly, like Jay Z/Solange elevator fight ugly. Luckily, Luke Bryan and Florida Georgia Line got it together before the doors opened and Bryan warned Bell: "Hey, what happens in the elevator stays in the elevator."
