There's no doubt in anyone's mind that "X-Men Days of Future Past" will be one of the biggest movies of the year. But for a blockbuster movie that's part of a massive superhero franchise, things have been relatively quiet on the toy and collectible front -- usually one of the busiest parts of the marketing push for a movie like this one.

Enter Diamond Select's latest entry in their Marvel Minimates line (Series 58), which MTV News is pleased to exclusively reveal today:

The Minimates are two inches tall, with 14 points of articulation and feature all the major characters from the time-traveling flick. Each comes in a two-pack (priced at $9.99), paired with another character:

In the movie, two eras of X-Men unite to prevent a global disaster that threatens not just super-powered mutants, but all of humanity. The film stars Jennifer Lawrence, Hugh Jackman, Michael Fassbender, James McAvoy and pretty much every other major actor from previous entries in the franchise.

And the mini-figures Diamond Select has created in support of the movie aren't just adorable; they also feature movie accurate accessories like each Professor X's respective wheelchair -- or rocket-chair, in the case of Future Professor X. The figures are designed and sculpted by Art Asylum, and will be available in stores this summer. Pre-order will open later this week.
