Go To The 2014 Oscars Red Carpet With MTV This Sunday

MTV's Josh Horowitz and VH1's Kate Spencer will bring you live coverage from the red carpet on Oscar night.

The 2014 Oscars are just around the corner, airing this coming Sunday night (March 2). That means you only have a few days left to place your predictions for who will walk away with the Best Picture and Actor statuettes, and only so much time to make your viewing party plans for the awards show.

We’ll leave you to your own devices on the prediction front, but at least we have you covered where partying is concerned — because we’re bringing the Academy Awards red carpet right into your living room.

MTV’s Josh Horowitz and VH1′s Kate Spencer will be on hand for Oscars 2014: Red Carpet Live, bringing you non-stop coverage of all the celebrity and fashion news leading into the big night. Join us at MTV.com, VH1.com and LogoTV.com for interviews with this year’s nominees and other stars of all shapes and sizes, from the moment that the carpet opens up at 5:00PM ET right until 7:30PM ET. Don’t miss out!

The 86th Academy Awards will be hosted by Ellen DeGeneres, her second time leading the stage on Oscar night. The 2014 field is a competitive one, with Best Picture nominees ranging from crime capers like David O. Russell’s “American Hustle” and Martin Scorsese’s “The Wolf of Wall Street,” to thrillers such as Paul Greengrass’ “Captain Phillips” and Alfonso Cuaron’s “Gravity.”

The acting categories are equally crowded, filled with actors like Jennifer Lawrence, nominated as a supporting actress for “American Hustle,” and Matthew McConaughey, up for his lead role in “Dallas Buyers Club.”

Who will take home the awards? We’ll find out on Sunday night. But before any statues are given away, make sure to join us for all the action on Oscars 2014: Red Carpet Live!
