If you haven't already fallen in love with London Grammar for their gorgeous debut LP If You Wait -- just one whisper of Hannah Reid's velvety, powerful voice should have accomplished that -- you'll definitely melt when you hear how they all got into music. There are lullabies involved, people, lullabies.

London Grammar stopped by MTV News following their first U.S. TV appearance -- a stint on "Late Night With Jimmy Fallon" that left the audience slack-jawed with wonder, despite the fact that the performance was the most nerve-racking of the band's career.

And what an action-packed career it's been. The band has been together -- in its most recent iteration -- since 2012, and in that span of time they've released an EP, Metal & Dust, as well as a full-length. Oh, and they're also nominated for a Brit Award for British Breakthrough Act, along with Bastille and collaborator Disclosure. "Not bad" seems an understatement.

Still high off of their "Fallon" triumph, the trio -- Reid, Dot Major and Dan Rothman -- chatted with MTV News about which film inspired If You Wait the most, as well as their earliest musical memories. Three guesses which band member cried when she found out Elvis was dead. Two don't count.
