Drake and Chris Brown Suing Each Other Over Club Fight?

The pair have reportedly filed claims against each other over the June fight at W.i.P. nightclub in New York.

Chris Brown and Drake have joined the growing list of people lining up to sue over a June incident at W.i.P. nightclub in New York that set off a bottle-tossing brawl.

In fact, according to TMZ, the two stars are suing each other, with each claiming that the other guy started the fight. The site claimed to have obtained legal documents filed by lawyers for Brown and Drizzy in which they ask the judge in the case to blame the other for the brawl.

Both claim they were not responsible for the fight and would like the other to pay for the damages in the event that one of the alleged victims in the case wins a lawsuit. French model [article id="1692289"]Romain Julien[/article]
sued both men in August, claiming he suffered a severed tendon in his right hand, as well as lacerations from broken glass, a cosmetic deformity and mental distress following the fight.

To date, no criminal charges have been filed in the June 14 melee, which also left NBA star Tony Parker with injuries. The San Antonio Spurs guard filed a [article id="1688182"]$20 million suit[/article]
against the club's owners in a week after the incident, claiming he suffered a corneal laceration in his left eye and other injuries; Brown and Drake were not named in that suit.

Spokespeople for the singers could not be reached for comment at press time and TMZ did not post the legal documents connected to the reported lawsuits between the men.

In addition, the club's owners have filed a lawsuit against Drake and Brown, alleging that both "ordered security personnel, bodyguards, friends and entourages to join the fight, which erupted into a violent brawl on a massive scale." Two women who claim they were hurt [article id="1688958"]have also filed suit[/article]
 against the club.
