B.o.B has been dealing with internal conflict ever since his B.o.B vs. Bobby Ray mixtape, but we had no idea it was this bad.

On Thursday, the Atlanta MC and a schizophrenic Nicki Minaj dropped the video for "Out of My Mind," their crazy collaboration from Bob's Strange Clouds LP.

The Benny Boom-directed clip tells a disturbed story that begins with Bobby Ray locked in a mental facility. Through the gaze of the hospital's security cam we see Bob in his cell bouncing off the walls, trying to free himself from a white straitjacket. Another shot finds the hitmaker in a black cloak with a Hannibal Lecter mask covering the bottom half of his face, but still The ATLien raps on. "Don't look at me wrong, I'm out of my mind, Nostradamus and da Vinci combined/ So paranoid of espionage, I'm watchin' my doors and checkin' my blinds," he spits with sharp timing.

Though it may seem like the world is against him, B.o.B luckily finds a friend in Dr. Minaj Nicki. During a one-on-one therapy session, Nicki strips out of her clinical white jacket and gives the troubled MC a lap dance while she raps, "You gonna really need a wish right now when my goons start shootin' stars."

By the end of her scene the pink-haired beauty slides a skeleton key from between her lips promising to help her partner in rhyme get free. "We goin' at it, but we make up," [article id="1684372"]B.o.B told[/article] MTV News back in May.

After being denied by the parole board, Bobby Ray decides to make a run for it, freeing himself from his shackles and bolting toward the door.
