Lady Gaga's rumored boyfriend Lüc Carl is set to release a book this year. The New York City bartender is penning a memoir/ diet book titled "The Drunk Diet," in which he shares his experiences of going from flabby to in shape without cutting out the good times.
The book is expected to drop sometime in 2011 and, according to Carl's website it's "not your ordinary diet book." A description on the site reads, " 'The Drunk Diet' is simply a year in the life of author Lüc Carl. His memoirs of a year in which he went from being an out of shape, bloated a--hole, to the sexiest, most delightful man on the planet.
"You will not find any 'do this, don't do that' in 'The Drunk Diet.' This is simply one ordinary rock n roller's story, filled with awe-inspiring, hilarious accounts of his day to day life," the post continues. "After reading countless books and being told time after time that it's impossible to lose weight while drinking alcohol heavily, Lüc Carl decided to take matters into his own hands. Join him on his journey to lose 40 pounds, without giving up his principles of being a hard drinking party maker."
Carl recently spoke to Gaga bestie Perez Hilton about the book and clarified that he wasn't pushing an alcohol diet, but rather information on how to go out and make healthier choices.
According to a press release, Carl's book shows how he transforms "a lifestyle based around whiskey and 5 a.m. cheeseburgers into a wildly successful fitness regime."
