[article id="1644828"]Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi has a date[/article] coming up on August 18, but it's not with the kind of tanned, toned juicehead the [url id="http://www.mtv.com/shows/jersey_shore/season_2/series.jhtml"]"Jersey Shore"[/url] star typically craves. Instead, she will be making an appearance in Seaside Heights, New Jersey, municipal court in connection with last Friday's arrest on disorderly conduct charges, according to CNN.

Seaside Heights court administrator Jane Carrozza said Polizzi, 22, is not facing any jail time, but could be fined between $250 and $1,000 in the case.

Though details have not been released, Seaside Heights Police Chief Thomas Boyd said Snooki was acting in a disorderly manner on the Seaside Heights beach -- where "Jersey Shore" is being filmed -- on Friday afternoon. Police arrived on the scene and placed her under arrest, later releasing the reality star with a summons to appear in court.

In photos reportedly taken around the time of the arrest, Snooki is seen walking on the boardwalk along with her pals Vinny and Ronnie from the show. Snooki is dressed in a hot-pink tiger-print T-shirt that says "I Heart Snooki," a baseball cap, sunglasses, a miniskirt and green slippers. She was photographed being approached by officers and handcuffed, with co-star and friend JWoww by her side. It is unclear from photos what incident prompted the arrest.

The arrest came one day after the premiere of season two of [url id="http://www.mtv.com/shows/jersey_shore/season_2/series.jhtml"]"Shore"[/url] drew more than 5 million viewers.
