It's a good thing [article id="1638958"]"The Hangover" isn't up for Best Kiss[/article] at the 2010 MTV Movie Awards. The nomination front-runner snagged six nods but was shut out of the kissing category, leaving room for "Twilight" star Kristen Stewart to dominate.

KStew is not only nominated for her steamy kiss with Robert Pattinson in "The Twilight Saga: New Moon," but she could also win for her girly lip-lock with Dakota Fanning in "The Runaways." Stewart has been quite the busy girl this year!

When MTV News caught up with the star last year, we asked which big-screen co-star was the better kisser: [article id="1634166"]RPattz's Edward Cullen or Fanning's Cherie Currie[/article]. "Cherie, yeah," Stewart laughed.

Still, Stewart will have some stiff competition at the awards show. Also in the running for most memorable smooch are Sandra Bullock and Ryan Reynolds for "The Proposal," along with Zoe Saldana and Sam Worthington for "Avatar." And yet another "Twilight" star made the list, albeit not for the vampire saga. Taylor Lautner's kiss with his onetime lady love and co-star Taylor Swift in the rom-com "Valentine's Day" rounds out this year's Best Kiss nominees.

While "Twilight" fans may be pulling for the series' stars, [article id="1631344"]Lautner and Swift[/article] can probably count on support from "Valentine's Day" co-star Jessica Alba, who gushed about the pair earlier this year. "Taylor Swift is so cute," Alba said. "And Taylor Lautner is so cute. Their story line is definitely one of my favorites."
