Perez Hilton Explains Why Ke$ha 'Upsets' Him

Hilton even launched a Twitter topic against the 'Tik Tok' singer, whom he calls a 'trash-talking train wreck.'

AUSTIN, Texas -- Perez Hilton has never been one to shy away from a good old-fashioned feud, and in recent weeks, he's set his sights on one of pop music's reigning queens, [artist id="3213641"]Ke$ha[/artist].

It seems Hilton has grown tired of Ke$ha's antics -- and he's vowed to bring her down, partially by starting an anti-Ke$ha Twitter topic (#KeshaWho) and launching into lengthy tirades against her whenever someone puts a microphone in front of his face. Which is basically what he did when MTV News caught up with him backstage at his [article id="1634374"]South by Southwest party[/article] in Austin this past weekend.

"On Twitter, there was a trending topic started by me, '#KeshaWho,' because I'm over Ke$ha. I'm over Ke$ha because she is more and more proving herself to be an American Lily Allen -- and I don't mean that as a compliment," Hilton said. "I can disassociate myself and my feelings about someone from their music. People may not believe this, but I love Lily Allen's music. I've never dissed Lily Allen's music, I've just dissed her. And Ke$ha is like the American Lily Allen: a trash-talking train wreck."

That's a pretty harsh assessment coming from Hilton, considering he and Allen have engaged in a rather nasty (and pretty hilarious) [article id="1619721"]war of words[/article] over the past year. But just what does Hilton hate most about Ke$ha? Well ...

"She upsets me. I love Ke$ha's music, but I don't like her. I hate the stupid dollar sign in her name. I hate the stupid nose ring. I hate the stupid makeup. I hate the fact that she looks like she smells and never showers," Hilton said. "I hate the fact, especially, that Ke$ha is horrid live. I don't think I've ever seen Ke$ha give one good live TV performance. Not one ... and [she's] been talking trash about everyone lately, from [article id="1633203"]Britney Spears[/article] to [article id="1634419"]Justin Bieber[/article], and I just had enough. And I think a lot of people agreed, hence, '#KeshaWho' becoming a trending topic on Twitter."

It bears mention that, for the moment, this feud appears to be pretty one-sided. Ke$ha hasn't responded to Hilton's barbs, and via her Twitter account, she apologized over the weekend for calling Bieber "a tiny little baby" in a recent Maxim interview.

A spokesperson for Ke$ha had no comment on Hilton's statements when contacted by MTV News.
