Whitney Port, Olivia Palermo Still Not 'Super Best Friends' On 'The City'

Now that they don't work together, the frienemies just 'cross paths,' Port says.

Whitney Port and Olivia Palermo have certainly had their fair share of issues with one another. They had a girl fight or two while working together at Diane Von Furstenberg. But now that the pair are each off doing their own thing at two separate new jobs (Palermo at Elle and [article id="1622518"]Port at People's Revolution[/article]), can they put the past behind them and forge a friendship?

Well, not so fast. They are on better terms, but they certainly are far from besties. "Olivia and I have crossed paths a little bit at work events," she told MTV News. "We worked together at a Longchamp event, and then we saw each other at Miami Fashion Week and so we bump into each other. But socially, we don't really hang out. No.

"Sometimes we check in with each other: How are you? What's going on? Is everything OK?" she said. "But [we're] not really super best friends."

These days, however, Port is spending her time with her old pal and newest [article id="1622590"]"City" castmember Roxy Olin[/article]. "Well, Roxy is my friend from home," Whitney Port explained to MTV News of her new roommate. "We went to high school together and we were on the dance team together and we kind of lost touch once we graduated high school. But she decided to move to New York and got in touch with me and we had a little reunion."
