Snoop Dogg: Rollin' Down The Street ... In A Prison Cell?

Rapper causes traffic jams with guerilla-style video shoot.

BEVERLY HILLS -- L.A.-area traffic was especially nuts on Friday because, well, something insane was going on.

As part of a guerrilla video shoot, Snoop Dogg gave several impromptu performances of the new track "Fool'n Yaself," all while trapped inside a giant prison cell on the back of a flatbed truck ([article id="1489523"]click for photos[/article]). The traveling set, which stopped at such swanky spots as the Ivy restaurant and Rodeo Drive, allowed anyone who spotted the spectacle to get up close and rock out with Snoop -- and quite possibly end up in the clip.

According to Snoop's spokesperson, the rapper made a rock song because he feels like he's been accepted into the rock world as part of the Projekt Revolution Tour he's going out on this summer with Korn and Linkin Park, and he wanted to give back to his rock homies.

The single is expected to appear as a bonus track on the next Snoop Dogg album, and it should be available soon for download on his Web site. Projekt Revolution kicks off Friday in Cincinnati and runs through early September (see [article id="1485575"]"Dates For Linkin Park's Projekt Revolution Announced; Used Join Trek"[/article]).
