Beyonce, Alicia Keys And Missy Elliott Plan Spring Tour

Monthlong trek kicks off in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, on March 12.

In what looks like the first big heavyweight arena tour of the year, Beyoncé, Alicia Keys and Missy Elliott are joining forces for what promises to be a sizzling, sassy bill.

Beyoncé and Keys will co-headline the monthlong springtime trek. According to a schedule provided by Keys' representatives, the tour starts in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, on March 12 and wraps up on April 18 in Oakland, California. Label representatives said some of the dates could change.

Talk of the three pop stars getting together has been circulating for the past few weeks. For Alicia and Beyoncé, it'll be the first U.S. tour in support of their most recent albums, The Diary of Alicia Keys and Dangerously in Love, respectively.

Keys teased fans recently with a series of small club shows (see [article id="1480808"]"Alicia Keys Planning To Reveal Her Diary Soon To Small Crowds"[/article]), and Beyoncé's live skills were on display to European audiences late last year. Missy Elliott had never toured until last summer's Rock the Mic extravaganza.

Before she heads out on the road, Beyoncé will be seen at a couple of sporting events. She'll sing at halftime of the NBA All-Star Game on February 15 in Los Angeles, and she'll belt out the national anthem before this weekend's Super Bowl game in her hometown of Houston (see [article id="1484644"]"Janet Jackson's Super Bowl Show Promises 'Shocking Moments' "[/article]).
