A Perfect Circle are taking the 12-step program a step further.

Tool singer Maynard James Keenan's other band has titled its second album Thirteenth Step. The follow-up to 2000's platinum Mer de Noms is due September 16 and will be preceded by a 12-date club tour beginning July 26 in Denver. A Perfect Circle are still deciding on a first single, according to a Virgin Records spokesperson.

Thirteenth Step marks the band's first release with ex-Marilyn Manson bassist Jeordie White (a.k.a. Twiggy Ramirez), who replaced Paz Lenchantin after she left to join Zwan (see [article id="1469922"]"Ex-Manson Bassist Twiggy Ramirez Joins A Perfect Circle"[/article]).
