Christina Aguilera, Bon Jovi To Perform At VH1 Big In 2002 Awards

Norah Jones, John Mayer also set to perform on December 15 show.

Christina Aguilera, Bon Jovi, Norah Jones and John Mayer, artists who have certainly made some noise in the past year, will display what made them put their dent in the '02 when they perform on the VH1 Big In 2002 Awards.

The show, premiering on the music network December 15 at 9 p.m. ET/PT, reviews and rates the year's best (and worst) in music, movies, TV and other segments of the pop-culture firmament. And it does so with irreverent categories, such as Been Caught Scene Stealin', Strange but True (best reality show) and Shakespeare in Da Hiz-Zouse (best rapper-turned-actor).

Stars of HBO's "The Sopranos" Drea de Matteo and Michael Imperioli will serve as hosts for the awards show, which takes place December 4 at Los Angeles' Grand Olympic Auditorium.

Most of the winners are determined by a panel of judges, though the tops in five categories are chosen by visitors to vh1.com. The hand-picked awards include the Can't Get You Out of My Head award for most ubiquitous song; the MacGyver Would Be Proud prize for best use of props in a movie; the Favorite 'Very Special' Episode; the Garage Sale award for best garage band; and the You Kiss Your Mother With That Mouth? award, in which the five Osbournes, including pup Lola, are nominated.
