The Backstreet Boys, Destiny's Child, Aaron Carter and Lil' Bow Wow will perform at Nickelodeon's 14th annual Kids' Choice Awards next month.

All four performers are among this year's nominees. The Backstreet Boys and Destiny's Child are up for Favorite Singing Group, while Lil' Bow Wow will contend for Favorite Male Singer and Carter for Favorite Rising Star.

Britney Spears and 'NSYNC top the list of music nominees for this year's ceremony, to be held in Santa Monica, California, and broadcast live on the network April 21. Rosie O'Donnell will host the awards.

Kids can vote for their favorites at Nick.com and by calling a toll-free number displayed during programming on Nickelodeon.
