702 Explains "You Don't Know," Plans TV Appearances

Between modeling contracts, TV appearances, and hit singles, things have been going well for the ladies of 702 lately.

Earlier this summer, 702 ruled the airwaves with "Where My Girls At," the first single off of its self-titled second album. Now the Las Vegas group is riding high on the success of its new single, "You Don't Know," which is currently at number ten on the "Billboard" singles chart. 702's Irish recently spoke with the MTV Radio Network about the song and its meaning.

"Basically, it's just saying, 'You don't know what you do [to me]. I'm going crazy over you, boy.' You know,

'Just please

don't go,' Irish explained. "It's just one of those kinda songs [which says] 'I think I'm going crazy. I like you too much.' [RealAudio]

Meanwhile, 702 is awaiting its first assignment from the Wilhelmina Modeling Agency, with whom the trio signed earlier this year (see "702 Leaps Up Charts With 'Mature' Single").

In still other 702 news, the group will be appearing on upcoming episodes of "Showtime At The Apollo," "Soul Train," and Queen Latifah's new talk show.
