March 10 [16:00 EST] -- Weezer will be hitting the highway in support of No Doubt in late May, and all band members will be present and accounted for when the tour begins.
Rumors had been circulating that said bassist Matt Sharp would be too busy with his other band, The Rentals, to make the tour. However, a Geffen spokesperson told MTV News that while Sharp is indeed currently abroad working on the Rentals sophomore LP, he will be back in time for Weezer's first show with No Doubt on May 10 in Montreal, Canada.
The band will continue to tour in support of its latest effort, "Pinkerton," through the beginning of July.
While the Geffen spokesperson could not confirm a complete list of dates, the good folks at Pollstar say the Weezer/No Doubt tour shakes down like this:
