Motörhead Plans To Hit The Road

Next month, Motorhead will return to the highways and byways of America to set ears ringing yet again, this time in support of the band's new live album.

The band, which has kept metal heavy for the last 20 years, will launch a North American tour May 3 north of the border and will keep on rolling for the rest of the month. Hatebreed and Dropkick Murphys will be opening up.

This time out, the band is supporting "Everything Louder Than Everyone Else," a live album recorded last year in Germany. The collection hit stores on March 23, and features the usual suspects: vocalist/bassist Lemmy Kilmister, guitarist Phil Campbell, and drummer Mikkey Dee (see [article id="1432436"]"Motorhead Gets Even 'Louder' With Live Album"[/article]).

After this run, the band plans to enter the studio to record its 20th studio album.
