Spokespeople for Mötley Crüe drummer Tommy Lee now claim that he never had a swastika tattoo on his arm.

The issue came up last week when the lawyer for a photographer who Lee allegedly attacked outside a Los Angeles club two years ago said the tattoo was visible the night of the fight and that the jury in the civil trial should know about it.

Then, the Associated Press reported that Lee's lawyers were requesting that information regarding the tattoo be kept from the jury (see [article id="1432392"]"Lee Wants Tattoo Hidden From Jury"[/article]).

Photographer Henry Trappler, the man suing Lee, is Jewish, and a hearing in the case is set for Thursday.
