George Michael was not in Beverly Hills Court on Wednesday morning when his attorney entered a plea of no contest to a misdemeanor count of lewd conduct.

Michael, who was arrested on April 7 in Will Rogers State Park (see "George Michael Arrested On Charge Of 'Lewd' Behavior"), was banned from the park, fined $810 and ordered to perform 80 hours of community service.

Judge Charles Rubin also ordered Michael to undergo psychological counseling, because "the court is concerned he not get into the situation again.
