Janet Jackson To Unveil Video, Tour And Malibu Home

Fans will be seeing a lot more of Janet Jackson in the months to come as the singer is prepping new videos, a U.S. tour, and a photo spread for "Architectural Digest.

Janet Jackson will launch a U.S. tour this summer after a swing through Europe this April. This news comes just as Jackson has wrapped shooting a clip for the slow jam [article id="1446045"]"I Get Lonely" [600k QuickTime][/article], her fourth video from her "Velvet Rope" album.

Before that, Janet shot a video for one of the many remixes of her single "Together Again," taking a page from Puffy and Mariah (both artists shot new videos for remixed versions of their singles).

If you're expecting more of the same from Jackson's remix of "Together Again," which celebrates the lives of friends that the singer has lost to AIDS, Jackson says that Jimmy Jam¼s slow, soft remix gives track a whole new flavor.

To me the feeling is... it's losing your lover," Jackson told MTV News' John Norris

recently. "(It's) like you've lost your lover as opposed to your friends who have gone to other places, and there's a butterfly that's throughout the video that represents the spirit of my lover" [300k QuickTime].

In other Janet news, Jackson and her Malibu beach house turn up in the new issue of "Architectural Digest." The singer appears in the magazine with her four dogs and shows off the house she shares with her boyfriend Rene Elizondo.

Readers will be treated to a glimpse into Jackson's master bedroom, where two large TVs compete for attention with a panoramic view of the Pacific Ocean. The home also boasts its own gym, dance studio, and hair salon.

Despite its many amenities, Jackson reportedly fled the home recently as El Nino threatened the West Coast. Janet reportedly checked into an L.A. hotel where her brother Michael was staying, and who she reportedly had not seen in two years. As the story

goes, Janet finally got to meet her baby nephew, Prince.
