Geri Halliwell In Market For New Manager

Building on a year chock full of change, onetime Spice Girl Geri Halliwell has severed ties with her manager, Lisa Anderson.

The move comes less than two weeks before the June 15 U.S. release of her solo debut, "Schizophonic," and several weeks after her single "Look At Me" debuted at number two on the U.K. singles chart. Despite the impressive chart showing, many saw the fact that Halliwell's single could not bump Boyzone's remake of Anne Murray's "You Needed Me" out of the U.K. number one slot as a disappointment.

On Thursday, the "Hollywood Reporter" reported that Halliwell was close to signing on with Madonna's manager, Caresse Norman. However, spokespeople for both Halliwell and Madonna's management say that there have been no discussions between the two camps.
