Godsmack, System Of A Down, Staind, Orgy, Others Sign On For "Scream 3"

The people behind the soundtrack to the upcoming slash-fest "Scream 3" have firmed up their tracklisting, and the album boasts a who's who of the new metal set.

System Of A Down, Staind, Orgy, Godsmack, Dope, Fuel, Finger Eleven, Full Devil Jacket, Far 2000, and American Pearl will join previously announced "Scream 3" artists Sevendust, Coal Chamber, Powerman 5000, Static-X, Incubus, Slipknot, and album executive producers Creed on the soundtrack.

As we previously reported, Creed is presiding over the soundtrack for Wind-Up Records, and will see its track "What If?" released as the disc's first single (see "Powerman 5000, Coal Chamber, Static-X, Others Line Up For 'Scream 3'"). System Of A Down's contribution to the soundtrack ("Spiders") will also be released as a single.

As we reported last month, Sevendust recorded its contribution at Atlanta's Southern Tracks studio with producer Sylvia Massy after being

approached by Creed (see "Sevendust RSVPs To Creed's 'Scream 3' Invite").
