Puffy Hosts "Kids' White Party" Benefit For Foster Children

Sean "Puffy" Combs will celebrate the Labor Day weekend by hosting the "Kids' White Party" for some 100 foster children from the New York City area at his estate in East Hampton, New York.

The fund-raising event, set for September 2, will also be hosted by Combs' two sons, Justin and Christian, as well as the children of such rock and hip-hop luminaries as Lenny Kravitz, Heavy D, Faith Evans, Carl Thomas, and Russell Simmons.

The "Kids' White Party," a kid-size version of Puffy's annual "White Party" Labor Day weekend bash for adult friends and associates, will include a full carnival of games, rides, and food for the foster children, and will benefit several local charities, including Combs' Daddy's House Social Programs.

The rap impresario has already raised more than $150,000 in private donations for the "Kids' White Party," the proceeds from which will go to the Graham-Windham Services to Families and Children, a New York City organization that provides

aid for adopted and foster kids, and a 10-year-old local boy with AIDS named Travis.

Last weekend, Combs came out to support a charity basketball game in New York that benefited Boys Harbor and T.H.A.N.K.U. (The Hillcrest Avenue Neighborhood Kids Union) (see [article id="1427274"]"Puffy, Jay-Z, Others Set For Charity Basketball Game"[/article]).
