98 Degrees Records With Mariah, Preps Christmas Album, Gets Tour Rolling

If being a teen heartthrob is a full-time job, the men of 98 Degrees have been working overtime lately.

After wrapping up a run on this summer's inaugural Nickelodeon "All That" tour, the guys kicked off the second leg of their U.S. tour and have still found time for a number of other projects.

The men behind "I Do (Cherish You)" teamed with Mariah Carey last week to record the track "Thank God I Found You," which is expected to arrive along with Mariah's new album in November.

The group will return to stores sooner than that, however, with a holiday album titled "This Christmas." The holiday collection is set to hit stores on October 19, with the album's first single, "This Gift," hitting radio on October 28.

In addition to the single, fans can expect 98 Degrees to tackle "If Everyday Could Be Christmas," "God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen," "The Christmas Song, "I'll Be Home For Christmas," "O Holy Night," "Little Drummer Boy," "Christmas Wish," "Silent Night,"

and "Ave Maria" on the album.

If the impending downpour of new 98 Degrees material isn't enough, you'll be pleased to know that the guys delivered a new book, "98*, The Official Book," and home video, "Heat It Up," to stores last week.

But wait, there's more... the group will also share the stage with Britney Spears for a handful of dates on its current tour. The teen phenoms will cross paths in Allegan, Michigan on Monday, York, Pennsylvania on Wednesday, and Rosemont, Illinois on October 27.

For the bulk of their current outing, 98 Degrees will be joined by fledgling teen popsters No Authority. If you want to catch them, here's where to look:
