What at first looked to be an all-star outing of hip-hop and R&B heavyweights will have to go on with one less heavyweight.

On Tuesday afternoon, Busta Rhymes announced through a statement that he was pulling out of R. Kelly's "Get Up On A Room" tour. The rapper's camp claims that "The concert promoter made it impossible to mount a production that would be compatible with the kind of show Rhymes' fans have come to expect from the star.

In withdrawing from the tour, Busta said, "I apologize to my fans, but I promise that I'll be coming through this summer. No doubt.

The news comes on the same day as word that the outing (which also boasts Nas, Foxy Brown, Deborah Cox, Kelly Price, and Sparkle) would have to shuffle dates due to poor sales in certain markets. The tour dropped scheduled shows in Richmond, Albany, Indianapolis, Boise, Toronto, Seattle, Portland, Sacramento, and Vancouver while adding dates in Miami, Tampa, Dallas, and Chicago, among others, to make up the
