Bush Switches Release Date, Video Director

Bush fans... time to adjust your calendars.

While the English hard rockers had planned to deliver their new album, "The Science Of Things," on November 2, the band has decided to move things up a bit. The anticipated new album will hit stores a week earlier, on October 26.

The group has also hooked up with a new director for the first video from the album for the track "The Chemicals Between Us." As we first reported earlier this month, the band had planned to shoot a video for the song with Paul Hunter (see [article id="1426701"]"Bush Readies New Video As No Doubt Returns To Studio"[/article]). However, scheduling conflicts have forced the director to pull out of the shoot. Frontman Gavin Rossdale and company will now lens the clip with director Stephane Sedanoui (Alanis Morissette, Bjork, Fiona Apple, R.E.M., Garbage, Red Hot Chili Peppers) next weekend on Los Angeles.

When "The Science Of Things" arrives this fall, it will mark the band's first album since

1996's "Razorblade Suitcase.
