Lil' Cease has plenty to roar about on Tuesday as his solo debut, "The Wonderful World of Cease a Leo," arrives in stores. The Bad Boy affiliate's "Wonderful World" features guest appearances by Puff Daddy, Lil' Kim, Redman, Kelly Price, Jay-Z, Mase, and even some writing by Voletta Wallace, the mother of the rapper's longtime friend, the late Biggie Smalls. Wallace contributed to the Biggie-dedicated track "Everything," and the rapper recently discussed how the collaboration came about. "[Biggie's] moms helped me write it," Lil' Cease told MTV News. "The day I let her listen to the beat, I was like, 'Yo, I'm [gonna] dedicate this song to Big.' So she was like, 'All right. When you do it, just do this and do that.' And I was like, 'You got some lyrics for me? If you want me to say anything in the song, just let me know, and I'll say it.'" "Two days
later she faxed me some lyrics for it,"he continued, "and I put them in the rhyme.... So she helped me with that song, so it was tight." Lil' Cease's worldwide promotional tour kicks off on Tuesday, the same day his LP hits the racks.
