Punk-pop trio Everclear will spend two weeks in October promoting their new album, So Much For The Afterglow, by playing for free, mostly at Tower Records stores across the U.S. The tour kicks off in Los Angeles on Oct. 5, where Everclear will perform for the assembled skate rats at the World Championships of Skateboarding. From there, the band moves on to perform on The Late Show With David Letterman and then to the Midwest and back to the West Coast. The band is set to debut the first single, "Everything To Everyone," on the Oct. 6 Letterman show, with the album ready to hit the streets the next morning.
